Voy a estrenar mi blog con la recomendación de una lectura. ‘Ni tan alto ni tan difícil’ de Araceli Segarra.

La verdad, no soy muy amante de los libros de ‘autoayuda’ pero este libro es mucho más que eso. Lo compré justo unos días después de haber entregado mi proyecto fin de carrera, algo que para mí se convirtió en mi propio Everest…

Narrado desde las experiencias de Araceli, la primera española que subió al Everest.  Expone sus experiencias vividas en esta aventura, combinadas con sus propias reflexiones consecuencia de estas experiencias.  Estas reflexiones se pueden aplicar a todos los ámbitos de la vida; tanto profesional como personal, en definitiva, consejos muy útiles para superarse a sí mismo y percatarse de que no todo es…ni tan alto ni tan difícil.
